I would consider Cookie Stuffing itself a very questionable method some affiliates choose to use. It's highly aggressive, violates almost all Affiliate TOS agreements, and can very easily be misleading. So being able to justify it being legitimate is a very difficult to do. It was way hyped and over the head of most of us. Just don't turn your back top all BH as most of them just is a matter of being smart and doing tings in a lot simpler and easier way then traditional SEO/IM/Linkbuilding etc etc. I wish you good luck and at the same time feel petty that you got kicked at so hard by eB** I also think that preventing frauds is a good cause.
